During her first month as a Senior Recruiter, she joined in various programs internally to alleviate her skills in team building. With that opportunity, she was able to stabilize her goals with her career which led to her being awarded as the "Recruiter of the Month" during the first commblock event of their team.

College years are tough. Especially since by this time, you should've figured out almost everything you want to do in life. Fortunately for Crystal, joining different organizations helped her in boosting her knowledge about real-like situations she may encounter in real-world scenarios.
