About Crystal Jane
Crystal Jane is a Marketing major graduate passionate about making change and impact into the Marketing world. She began her career as a Freelance Commercial Model as early as 9 years old, starring in different TV shows from different networks and working with different products as a Freelance Commercial Model. During her Senior Year in college, she joined various Extra-curricular group and enhanced her artistic side as a chorale member joining different Chorale Competitions across the count.
While balancing her studies, she also joined the University Student Council of her University and worked mostly as a Publicity Committee handling different social media publicity materials like posters and videos to amplify the organization's events. She then got inspired and took a side job as a Commission-based Digital Artist and took some requests among her peers to start her passion drawing and painting digitally. Before she graduated from college, she started her Corporate career as a Senior Recruiter where it opened her eyes to the vast world.

I was a Senior Recruiter whose main Job is to source fro potential candidates that would be a perfect fit for the Job requisition that the client needs. During the early stage of my career as a Senior Recruiter, my First Level Supervisor saw the potential in me and my passion in doing my job and so she appointed me to handle one of the smaller teams in which I was called as the POC or the Poin-of-Contanct of clients.

Here, I am a Digital Marketing Specialist. My main job was to do monitor, strategize, and implement both on-page and off-page. I was heavily exposed in doing web implementations on platforms like Shopify or Wordpress configuring the whole website to be more user-friendly and boost the impressions of the website which adds more chance of profitability to the business.
